Where does RWA Consulting work?
We are based in the market town of Wendover, Buckinghamshire. This gives excellent transport links to London via the Chiltern Line, and road access to the A41, M25, M40 opening up easy communications to the remainder of Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Oxfordshire, Middlesex and the rest of Greater London. We cover all of UK upon request.
Do you do drainage inspections as well?
We don’t undertake drainage surveys but we can advise if we think one is needed and we can recommend a local company to do this.
What do we NOT inspect?
For obvious reasons, we cannot inspect elements of a building that are covered, unexposed or high up beyond safe working access from a transportable ladder. We don’t inspect incoming and outgoing services and asbestos, these are specialist areas.
Do we charge for site visits?
Yes. We aim to provide a prompt and competitively priced service. We are happy to discuss with you and provide a written fee quotation for a project so that the client can see exactly what will be undertaken and for how much.
How quickly can I get my report?
A structural survey report will generally be ready for release within one to three days and can be sent sooner via email if requested. Structural reports will not be released until payment has been received in full.
