Civil Engineer Consultant

Celebrating Structural Engineering Success

Training and continued professional development are vital to any consultancy business where the principal product is the ingenuity and resourcefulness of the staff. As structural engineering consultants, it is particularly important that our team are fully up to speed with the latest innovations.

RWA Consulting values the importance of fully understanding and communicating the very best design solutions for our clients. That is why skill development, and regular industry standard CPD seminars, are such a high priority.

If you are looking for structural and civil engineering consultants, Buckinghamshire based, RWA confidently offer the necessary expertise.

Supporting Structural Engineering Proficiency

We are especially proud to announce that we have a newly qualified Chartered Engineer in the office. Nick Crossland achieved that accolade this spring, qualifying with The Institution of Structural Engineers (IStructE).

Becoming a Chartered Engineer is the clearest way to demonstrate professional competence in your field. With the 7-hour exam out of the way, Nick is now relishing the opportunity to apply his learning in construction projects across Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire.

Following in Nick’s footsteps are two more of the RWA Consulting team, Tom Kenney and Dan Irwin. They will take their first steps towards Chartership over the summer, also with IStructE. Having previously graduated as engineers and with considerable experience in structural engineering, they are in a strong position to move their careers on to the next level.
