RWA began as a two-man team with premises in Marlow. When we first started, structural designs were carefully drawn, printed and individually posted out to clients. How times have changed! As of today, CAD drawings have completely simplified the process, without any compromise on our integrity.
With the use of CAD software, minor adjustments or major re-workings can be applied with relative ease, as well as drawings having the ability to be instantly emailed to all parties. As such, technology has supported effective communication and project management, especially when we’re working with multiple partners on a brief.
Wendover Structural Engineers
Roughly 20 years ago, RWA made the move to Wendover. Our larger premises meant additional office space which provided us with the option of growing our small team. Over time, we’ve employed five additional structural engineer graduates, along with 2 new office administrators and are now currently a team of 9!
From our location close to Wendover Station, we are ideally placed to serve customers in the neighbouring towns of Aylesbury, Princes Risborough, Tring and Berkhamsted with structural engineering and fortunately, we are also graced with the fantastic views of the Chiltern Hills, which offer everyone at the office a permanent source of inspiration and bliss.
Having built strong working relationships with local architects and estate agents, the majority of our domestic clients are based close to Wendover. However it’s a little different when it comes to commercial clients; work for leading hotel chains, football stadiums, schools and office developers have taken us to locations across the South East.
